CoordinatorReply class abstract

The event that answers a CoordinatorRequest: each request names its reply type, and the coordinator answers it with exactly one, on success and on failure, carrying the request's requestId.

A reply is still published on the event stream like every other event. The same type is also emitted without a request where something else caused it (a receive replayed when its block header arrived, a peer's batch of headers); requestId is null then.
