AncestorProofRequestedEvent class

What became of a RequestAncestorProofCommand (bead libspiffy-a2v3).

success only says the request went out (as a P2PMessageToSendEvent to toPeerId); the answer arrives later as an AncestorProofResponseEvent. success is false, with toPeerId null, when nobody can be asked: the transaction is not stored, or its row carries no counterparty marker, in which case the output is unrecoverable by request and only the block returning to the active chain can restore it.
