DeferredPaymentReclaimedEvent class

Result of ReclaimDeferredPaymentCommand.

success says the self-spend was journaled and the network holds it (SEEN_ON_NETWORK or MINED; an answer ARC gave in flight is followed for up to 30 s until it gives a verdict), and the payment is then DeferredPaymentState.reclaimed. Otherwise the payment stays outstanding with its inputs held by the self-spend, and it resolves as reclaimed if the network reports the self-spend later (watch it with GetDeferredPaymentsQuery or CheckDeferredPaymentStatusCommand on reclaimTxid).
