TransactionRecordedEvent class

An outgoing transaction a RecordOutgoingCommand asked the wallet to record is recorded: journaled by the wallet aggregate and applied to the read model, so the transaction queries can already see it (bead libspiffy-5ml6). The same promise WalletCreatedEvent and TransactionImportedEvent make, for the same reason — an app told "recorded" queries next.

Before this event existed a successful recording was announced nowhere. The arm that would have announced it was dead, because the command was sent with no sender, and bead libspiffy-kl4i deleted it rather than let it go live: it published a manufactured BigInt.zero for an amount it did not hold. Supplying that sender turned on a different arm, and what an app actually received for its own payment was one TransactionReceivedEvent per change output saying it had received zero satoshis, incoming. That event is gone; an incoming receive is reported by SPVValidationResultEvent and TransactionImportedEvent, which carry the amount the wallet measured.
