ChannelFundingRetriedEvent class

The outcome of a RetryChannelFundingCommand (bead libspiffy-1n3).

success means the funding transaction reached the network on this attempt and the channel is open on this side; the ordinary ChannelOpenedEvent follows, and channel_open goes to the server as it does on a first open.

A failure is reported here and nowhere else: the counterparty is told nothing, so a retry that fails again leaves the channel exactly as it was, its inputs still reserved for the same transaction, ready for another retry.
