CoordinatorRequest<R extends CoordinatorReply> class abstract

A command or query the coordinator answers with one R.

requestId is fixed when the request is made: given, or generated. The reply carries it back, and so does an ErrorEvent the request causes, so two requests of the same kind running at once each get their own answer. WalletCoordinator.ask sends a request and completes with its reply; WalletCoordinator.tell sends it and leaves the reply on the event stream.

requestId → String
Identifies this request; its reply carries it back.

Constants

channelTimeout → const Duration
A channel's open or close: messages to and from the counterparty, over the app's transport, and a broadcast ARC answers.
defaultTimeout → const Duration
A request the coordinator answers from its own state, or after one round trip to the wallet (each of which waits up to 30 s).
foreignSpendsTimeout → const Duration
Checking outputs for a foreign spend: a data source lookup per output and a receive per proven spender.
importTimeout → const Duration
An import: the wallet's whole history, fetched and proven.
networkTimeout → const Duration
A request that waits on ARC: one broadcast or status check (up to 2 minutes) and the read model showing the answer.
paymentTimeout → const Duration
Building a payment: reserving its inputs, building and signing it, and collecting its ancestry, each a wallet round trip.
receiveTimeout → const Duration
Receiving a transaction: recording the addresses it pays when it names them, SPV validation, the read model holding it, and, for a payment, ARC's answer to its submission (up to 2 minutes) and the invoice it pays marked paid.
reclaimTimeout → const Duration
A reclaim: ARC's fee quote, an address, signing, journaling, and the broadcast, each waited for in turn.
splitTimeout → const Duration
A split: one transaction per source UTXO, each built, signed and broadcast and ARC's answer waited for.
