• FEAT: ApptiveGridForm and ApptiveGridFormData take a labelPosition. With ApptiveGridLabelPosition.above a field's label is shown as a separate Text above the field instead of as a floating label inside it, which also makes the field's placeholder visible while it is empty. labelStyle styles those labels, defaulting to InputDecorationTheme.labelStyle and then TextTheme.titleMedium. The default stays ApptiveGridLabelPosition.floating, so existing forms are unchanged.
• FEAT: ApptiveGridLabelPosition.above also applies to the sub fields of an address field, so street, post code, city, state and country carry their label above them like every other field instead of mixing both styles within one group.

• FIX: The back button and back gesture work again on the first page of a multi-page form. canPop of the form's PopScope was computed once at build time and never followed the page change, so after visiting a later page – or even on the very first build – leaving the form was silently refused.
• FIX: Depend on cupertino_icons. The attachment source menu (and the new "Record video" button) use CupertinoIcons on Apple platforms, but the icon font was never declared, so apps without their own cupertino_icons dependency rendered question marks instead of icons.

• FIX: DataType.resource used to be mapped to TextFormWidget, whose cast to StringDataEntity threw at runtime for every form containing a resource field.
• FEAT: AddressFormWidget gets a "use current location" button next to the first line, like the geolocation field: it asks for the location permission, reverse geocodes the device position (preferring a street_address result) and fills every field. The map is opt-in behind a "Show map" / "Hide map" button next to "Determine position".
• FIX: Picking a Places suggestion in AddressFormWidget filled nothing because the details request omitted place_id; it now requests it, reports "Address could not be applied" on failure and leaves the field after applying so the suggestions do not re-open.
