This Software and associated files (the “Software”) are the intellectual property of Relayt Social Private Limited ("Licensor").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to:
- Use the Software strictly for personal or internal business purposes.
- Integrate the Software into Licensee’s application, provided it is done only within the organization or as agreed in writing.

2. RESTRICTIONS
Licensee shall not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- Distribute, resell, sublicense, share, rent, or lease the Software to any third party.
- Publish the Software or make it publicly accessible on any platform, including but not limited to pub.dev or Git repositories.

3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with the Licensor.

4. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. TERMINATION
This license will automatically terminate if the Licensee breaches any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software in their possession.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
