                           A-1. DEFINITIONS

  0. “Copyright” also means copyright-like laws that apply to other kinds of works.

  1. "This Licence" refers to the version 1.apricot of NEBULINO PUBLIC LICENSE
 No one other than the license steward has the right to modify or
 publish new versions of this License. Each version will be given a
 distinguishing version number.

  2. “Work" refers to any copyrightable work licensed under this License.
Each licensee is addressed as “You” in this document.
“Licensees” and “recipients” may be an individual, or individuals or organizations.

  3. To “Modify” a Work means the action of copying or adapting part or the whole Work
in a fashion that requires the copyright permission, other than making
an exact copy of the the Work.
The resulting Work is then called “a modified version” of the work based on the earlier Work,
"based on" the previous work.

  4. The "source code" for a work means the preferred form of the work

  8. “Deprecation” refers to an act of The author and Owner without the agreement
of the Maintainers, or even just one maintainer, to discontinuing the support
and the maintenance of The Work.

  9. "Discontinuation" refers to The Author and/or Owner and or all Maintainers to
discontinuing the support and the maintenance of The Work.

  10.  "Upstream" refers to the place or site where The Work and the
Corresponding Source getting worked on and where The Author and Owner and the Maintainers,
keeping the existence, continuance, preservation, and the maintainer-ship of
The Work and Corresponding Source.

     A-2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYING, DISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATION

  1. You must give any other recipients of the Work or Derivative
Works a copy of this License; and

  2. You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
stating that You changed the files; and

  3. You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works

may stop the distribution of The Work and the Corresponding Source.

  The Owner or The Author may give The Work or the Corresponding Source
to a specific person for a new maintainer-ship structure in case
The Owner, Author, and The Maintainers failed to democratically
selecting a new Owner to continuing, preserving and retaining
The Work and the Corresponding Source; and

  4. Respecting the author and owner of works that are distributed in
any way. In the means that decisions that are taken by Upstream are
immediately imposed on both Upstream and Modified Version of
The Works and Corresponding Source.

  Any use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use, reproduction,
and distribution of the Work should comply with the conditions stated in
this License.

  Cloudnebby Dev Group may publish revised and/or new versions
of the Nebulino Public License from time to time. Such new versions will be
similar in spirit to the present version but may differ in detail to address new
problems or concerns.

  Each version is given a distinguishing version number.
If the Program specifies
that a certain numbered version of the Nebulino Public License
"or any later version" applies to it, you have the option of following the terms
and conditions either of that numbered version or of any later version published
by the Cloudnebby Dev Group.

 If the Program does not specify a version number of the Nebulino Public License,
you may use the latest version published by the Cloudnebby Dev Group,
or any component of it.
