• Add contextMenuBuilder to MongolTextField, matching Flutter's context menu API. The default builds the new MongolAdaptiveTextSelectionToolbar, which lays the icon buttons out beside the selected line (#76).
• Deprecate MongolTextField.toolbarOptions in favor of contextMenuBuilder. It is now nullable; passing it still limits the default buttons.
• MongolTextSelectionControls now only draws the selection handles and leaves the menu to contextMenuBuilder; its internal buildToolbar implementation is removed. It was never exported, so this is not a public API change. Passing a third-party TextSelectionControls that still implements the deprecated buildToolbar keeps working.
• Export MongolTextSelectionControls, MongolTextSelectionToolbar, MongolTextSelectionToolbarButton and MongolAdaptiveTextSelectionToolbar from the package.
• Fix MongolEditableTextState.contextMenuAnchors to anchor left and right of a vertical selection instead of above and below it.
• Fix the cut entry of a ToolbarOptions producing a select-all button.
• Show the context menu from contextMenuBuilder even when selectionControls is null, and refresh the clipboard state before the toolbar is shown, as Flutter does.
• Replace the file-level deprecation ignores with line-level ignores on the remaining legacy-toolbar call sites.

• There are some known issues related to the input decorator for MongolTextField (#29, #30, #32, #39, #40, #41). Help requested to fix these. This release exports MongolEditableText if anyone needs a more low-level option.
• The MongolText API appears to be unaffected by this update, but keep an eye on performance for large text strings. MongolTextPainter and MongolParagraph have a new dispose method and it is unclear how this may affect performance/memory for better or worse.
