This software (the "SDK") is licensed, not sold. Subject to your
compliance with these terms and any agreement governing your use of the
UxLens service, UxLens grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the SDK
solely to integrate your applications with the UxLens service.

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

1. copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the SDK;
2. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SDK, except to the
   extent applicable law prohibits this restriction;
3. redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make the SDK
   available to any third party, whether modified or unmodified, other
   than as embedded and unmodified within your own compiled application;
4. remove or alter any proprietary notices in the SDK; or
5. use the SDK for any purpose other than integrating with the UxLens
   service.

The SDK is licensed for use only in connection with an active, authorized
UxLens account and API key. This license terminates automatically if
your UxLens account is terminated or if you breach these terms.

THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
UXLENS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM
OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SDK OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SDK.
