• Localizable call cards: NmIncomingCall / NmOutgoingCall read NmDealsLocalizations (en / ru / zh / hi / th, gen-l10n like core). Register NmDealsL10n.delegate for the app locale; without it the cards keep Eugene's Russian texts («Входящий вызов», «Отказ», «Принять», «Звоним эксперту», «Отмена»).
• Optional audioOnly on both cards: the «Аудиозвонок» / «Видеозвонок» subtitle under the name, as DealApp had it; null (default) = no subtitle (1.0.0 look).
• Optional fit on NmParticipantWidget (and widgetFor(…, fit:), local / remote constructors), default VideoViewFit.cover as in 1.0.0; NmLiveKitCallPort gets localFit / remoteFit (default cover).
• Handmade bodies changed only in >>> generated blocks with // was: lines (PROVENANCE.md, verify_deals.py: identical).
