Nash UI is free-to-use software. You are granted permission to install, import,
and use Nash UI as a dependency in personal, educational, commercial, enterprise,
and open-source applications without paying royalties or licensing fees.

However, the source code of Nash UI itself remains the exclusive proprietary
property of the copyright holder. You may NOT modify, fork, copy, redistribute,
sublicense, resell, or create derivative libraries based on the Nash UI source code.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE FOR APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, the Copyright Holder hereby
grants to you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free
license to:
  a. Add and install "nash_ui" as a software dependency in your Flutter/Dart projects;
  b. Import and invoke all public APIs, themes, widgets, animations, templates,
     tokens, and utilities provided by Nash UI within your applications;
  c. Compile, bundle, and distribute Nash UI in binary or compiled form as part
     of your own applications across all supported platforms (including Android,
     iOS, Web, Windows, macOS, Linux, and embedded devices);
  d. Publish, deploy, monetize, and sell applications that integrate Nash UI
     through any distribution channel, including but not limited to the Apple
     App Store, Google Play Store, Microsoft Store, web hosting, and direct sale;
  e. Use Nash UI in personal, educational, open-source, closed-source, client,
     commercial, and enterprise applications.

2. APPLICATION OWNERSHIP
You retain full and exclusive ownership of, and all intellectual property rights
to, your own application source code, assets, business logic, and derivative
works of your own application. Nothing in this License claims ownership of your
independent application code that imports or consumes Nash UI as a dependency.

3. PROHIBITIONS & RESTRICTIONS ON NASH UI SOURCE CODE
You shall NOT, directly or indirectly:
  a. Modify, edit, adapt, transform, or create derivative works of the Nash UI
     source code, architecture, or design system files;
  b. Fork the Nash UI source code and distribute or publish such fork;
  c. Copy, extract, or reuse individual widgets, components, or substantial portions
     of the Nash UI source code to create, publish, or distribute another library,
     package, widget catalog, SDK, or framework;
  d. Redistribute, republish, mirror, or host the Nash UI source code, package,
     or files on any public or private package repository (including pub.dev),
     code repository, or distribution platform under the same or any other name;
  e. Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, commercialize, or charge fees for the Nash UI
     package, library, or source code itself;
  f. Remove, obscure, deface, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, license
     texts, or proprietary notices contained in or affixed to the Software;
  g. Claim ownership, authorship, or affiliation with Nash UI, or represent
     yourself as the creator, author, or official maintainer of Nash UI.

4. TRADEMARKS & BRANDING
This License does not grant any rights to use the trademarks, service marks,
trade names, logos, or brand assets of "Nash UI", "nash_ui", or Nashwan Taha Nheli,
except as reasonably necessary to reference Nash UI as a dependency in software
configuration files (such as pubspec.yaml) or standard software credits. You
shall not use the name "Nash UI" or "nash_ui" in a manner that implies endorsement,
sponsorship, or official affiliation.

5. TERMINATION
This License and the rights granted hereunder shall terminate automatically and
immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of
this License. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all prohibited use,
copying, modification, and distribution of the Nash UI source code.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
