SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
BEFORE PROCEEDING. BY SELECTING “DOWNLOAD ANDROID SDK” OR “DOWNLOAD IOS SDK” YOU ARE AGREEING TO
BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Brady Worldwide, Inc.
(“Brady”) and any natural person or legal entity (“You”) who obtains Brady’s Software Development
Kit (SDK). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Brady hereby grants You a
non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable license to use the components within Brady’s SDK,
in object code format (hereafter “Software”) and the accompanying documentation according to the
following terms:

1. LICENSE GRANT: You may integrate the Software into an unlimited number of software applications
for the purpose of enabling the software applications to connect and print to a Brady printer. You
may use the accompanying documentation in connection with integrating the Software into the software
applications.

2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS: You may not, directly or indirectly:

    a. copy, install, use, modify, create derivative works of, or distribute the Software in any
    manner or on any device, or permit access to the Software in any manner or on any device, other
    than as expressly permitted in section 1 of this Agreement;

    b. translate, disassemble, de-compile, or reverse engineer the Software;

    c. rent, transfer, or grant any rights in the Software or accompanying documentation without
    the prior, express written consent of Brady; or

    d. remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software or the accompanying
    documentation.

3. NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT: This license is not a sale. You agree that Brady owns all legal right,
title, and interest in and to the Software, including any Intellectual Property Rights that subsist
in the Software. “Intellectual Property Rights” means any and all rights under patent law, copyright
law, trade secret law, trademark law, and any and all other proprietary rights. Brady reserves all
rights not expressly granted to You. Title and copyrights to the Software, accompanying
documentation, and any copies made by You, remain the property of Brady. Unauthorized copying of the
Software or the accompanying documentation, or failure to comply with the above restrictions, shall
automatically terminate this license, without further notice, and terminate your rights to use the
Software, and Brady shall, in addition to its other legal remedies, be entitled to its reasonable
attorney fees. Any use of the Software not expressly permitted by this Agreement is a breach of this
Agreement and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Brady reserves the right to
withdraw, update, or modify the Software, in its sole discretion without notice.

4. SUPPORT: Brady may at its sole discretion provide support services for the Software. However,
Brady shall not be obligated to provide any support services. If provided, support services may
include support for inquiries about Software functionality and programming advice related to the
use of the Software.

5. FEEDBACK: If You send or transmit any communications or materials to Brady by mail, email,
telephone, or otherwise, suggesting or recommending changes to the Software, including without
limitation, new features or functionality relating thereto, or any comments, questions, suggestions,
or the like (“Feedback”), Brady is free to use such Feedback irrespective of any other obligation or
limitation between the parties governing such Feedback. You hereby assign to Brady all right, title,
and interest in, and Brady is free to use, without any attribution or compensation to any party, any
ideas, know-how, concepts, techniques, or other intellectual property rights contained in the
Feedback, for any purpose whatsoever, although Brady is not required to use any Feedback.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BRADY CANNOT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THAT
THE SOFTWARE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER DESTRUCTIVE CODE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING
SUFFICIENT PROCEDURES AND CHECKPOINTS TO SATISFY YOUR PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS FOR ANTI-VIRUS
PROTECTION AND ACCURACY OF DATA INPUT AND OUTPUT, AND FOR MAINTAINING A MEANS FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF
ANY LOST DATA. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, BRADY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR
DAMAGE CAUSED BY VIRUSES OR OTHER TECHNOLOGICALLY HARMFUL MATERIAL THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER
EQUIPMENT, COMPUTER PROGRAMS, DATA, OR OTHER PROPRIETARY MATERIAL DUE TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALL LICENSED SOFTWARE,
DOCUMENTATION, AND OTHER PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY BRADY ARE
PROVIDED “AS IS.” BRADY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ALL WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF
DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, BRADY MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND THAT THE LICENSED SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION, OR ANY PRODUCTS OR RESULTS OF THE USE THEREOF,
WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR ANY OTHER PERSONS’ REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION,
ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED RESULT, BE COMPATIBLE OR WORK WITH ANY SOFTWARE, SYSTEMS, OR OTHER SERVICES,
OR BE SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, FREE OF HARMFUL CODE, OR ERROR FREE. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT
ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

    a. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BRADY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR
    LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF
    ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO
    USE, THE SOFTWARE. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
    INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS
    OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF
    PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. THIS LIMITATION OF
    LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY,
    WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF
    FORESEEABLE, AND EVEN IF BRADY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BRADY SHALL
    NOT BE LIABLE IF FOR ANY REASON ALL OR ANY PART OF THE SOFTWARE IS UNAVAILABLE AT ANY TIME OR
    FOR ANY PERIOD.

    b. You shall indemnify and hold Brady, Brady’s affiliates, and Brady’s suppliers harmless from
    any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’
    fees) arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Software.

8. CONSENT TO USE OF DATA: You agree that Brady may collect and use technical data and related
information — including but not limited to technical information about your device, system,
software, and peripherals — that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of Software
updates, product support, and other services to You (if any) related to this license. Brady may use
this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify You, to improve its
products or to provide services or technologies to You. Brady’s collection and use of technical data
and related information is governed by Brady’s Privacy Policy, which is available at:

9. GENERAL: This Agreement shall be governed by, and interpreted under, the laws of the State of
Wisconsin, USA. You acknowledge that U.S. law and regulations may restrict the export/re-export of
the Software. You agree not to export/re-export the Software or portions thereof in any form without
the appropriate U.S. and foreign government licenses. This obligation shall survive and continue
after this Agreement terminates. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties and
supersedes any other communications or advertising with respect to the Software and accompanying
documentation. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement
shall continue in full force and effect.
