We are the Innovation and Connectivity for Transformative Digitalization (ICTD) — the Information Technology Division of the Local Government Unit of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, Philippines.

Composed of government computer programmers, we develop and publish open-source Flutter and Dart packages to support digitalization efforts in local governance and public service delivery.

Our work aims to modernize LGU operations, improve citizen-facing digital services, and contribute to the broader Filipino developer community.
