FAIR USE LICENSE TERMS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION

4. Grant of Patent License. If applicable, subject to the terms of this License, the Licensor
hereby grants to You a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free,
revocable (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made, use,

only to those patent claims licensable by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed
