# xRay License

xRay is a product by [impaktfull](https://impaktfull.com). The xRay Flutter package is available under
the xRay Developer Tools program, and can be licensed either under the xRay
Community License Program or a commercial license.

To qualify for the xRay Community License Program you must:

- Have a gross revenue of less than one (1) million U.S. dollars ($1,000,000.00 USD) per year, and
- Have less than five (5) developers in your organization, and
- Agree to be bound by the xRay terms and conditions.

Customers who do not qualify for the community license can contact
[xray@impaktfull.com](mailto:xray@impaktfull.com) for commercial licensing options.

Under no circumstances can you use this package without (1) either a
Community License or a commercial license and (2) without agreeing and
abiding by the xRay license terms and conditions.

## Restrictions

Regardless of license type, the following is strictly prohibited:

You may **NOT** build, distribute, or commercialize any application, tool, or
service whose primary purpose is to connect to, visualize, inspect, or
interact with the xRay debug server or protocol exposed by this library.
The official xRay macOS application is the only authorized UI client for
this library.
