1. DEFINITIONS
   "Software" refers to the Techpay Gateway, its associated documentation, source code, binary executables, and all related materials.
   "Licensee" refers to the person or entity that has been granted this license.

   TECHPAY ZAMBIA grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software as provided by TECHPAY ZAMBIA, subject to the terms and conditions in this License.
