Face liveness detection for Flutter with blink, smile and head-turn challenges, an arch-shaped camera frame and selfie capture, built on Google ML Kit.
1.0.1 #
- Fix: face detection on iOS (BGRA8888 frames); safer camera lifecycle.
- Camera frames are requested as NV21 on Android and BGRA8888 on iOS and passed to ML Kit directly (no per-frame byte copying).
- Image stream is stopped before the selfie is taken; capture or camera start-up failures return
nullinstead of leaving the screen stuck. - The
expressionslist passed tostartis no longer modified. - Blink detection is more reliable: frames are sampled every ~120 ms, fast detector mode, and both eyes must close (a wink no longer counts).
- Frame errors are logged in debug builds instead of being silently ignored.
1.0.0 #
- First release.
- New camera screen: arch-shaped frame, state-coloured ring with step progress, step pills, back button, branded loader and success animation.
- Instructions shown directly below the frame.
- Camera preview no longer stretched.
- Removed debug overlays (probability values, face-point mask and toggle).
- Screen locked to portrait; haptic feedback when a step passes.
- Fixed the selfie being captured twice when frames arrive during capture.
