1. Grant of License
Permission is hereby granted to customers of Storyteller Software Limited (“Storyteller”) to use the source code and/or compiled binaries (the “SDK”) solely for the purpose of integrating and enabling the use of the Storyteller platform and services within their own mobile or web applications.
2. Permitted Use
Modification of the SDK source code and inclusion within mobile or web applications is explicitly permitted, provided that:
Such use is solely to interact with or enable functionality of the Storyteller platform.
All copyright, trademark, and attribution notices from the original files are retained.
Internal distribution of modified SDKs within your organization is permitted for the above purpose.
3. Restrictions
Redistribution of the SDK, whether modified or unmodified, outside your organization is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Storyteller.
The SDK may not be used to build or enhance a product or service that competes, directly or indirectly, with Storyteller’s platform or offerings.
The name “Storyteller,” “Storyteller Software Limited,” or any associated trademarks may not be used to endorse or promote derivative products without express written consent.
4. Ownership
The SDK and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Storyteller Software Limited. This license does not convey any ownership rights or title to the SDK or its components.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY STORYTELLER SOFTWARE LIMITED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL STORYTELLER SOFTWARE LIMITED OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION), HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Storyteller reserves the right to terminate this license immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the SDK and destroy any copies in your possession.
