Introduction
	•	By downloading, installing, implementing or otherwise using the Smartlook SDK you agree with this License Agreement.
	•	The Smartlook SDK is protected by Act No. 121/2000 Coll., On the Law of Authors
(Copyright Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Copyright Act) and international copyright agreements as well as other intellectual property laws. This License Agreement provides license for use of the Smartlook SDK within the scope defined below. All copyright and property rights to the Smartlook SDK, including its components, belong to Smartsupp.com, s.r.o. 
	•	The object of this License Agreement is to provide a non-exclusive license for use of the Smartlook SDK. 
	•	If you do not agree with the terms of this License Agreement, do not install or otherwise use the Smartlook SDK.
License Contents
	•	Smartlook SDK is provided by the Smartsupp.com, s.r.o. "as is" and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall Smartsupp.com, s.r.o. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. 
	•	You may not distribute, display, copy, execute publicly, make available to the public, reduce to human readable form, lease, resale, disassemble, decompile, adapt, sublicense, make any commercial use, sell, rent, lend, process, compile, reverse engineer, combine with other software, translate, modify or create derivative works of any material that is subject to Smartsupp.com’s  proprietary rights, including Smartsupp.com’s Intellectual Property, either by Yourself or by anyone on Your behalf, in any way or by any means, unless expressly permitted in this License Agreement. Smartsupp.com, s.r.o. has no obligation to provide support, maintenance, upgrades, modifications, or new releases of the Smartlook SDK under this Agreement, unless agreed in writing otherwise between You and us.
	•	Smartlook.com, s.r.o. hereby grants You, for the term of this License Agreement, following license to use Smartlook SDK:
	•	this license is granted as non-exclusive and non-assignable, no sublicensing is permitted,
	•	redistribution and use in binary form, without any modification is permitted only provided that the following conditions are met:
	•	the Smartlook SDK is implemented into mobile app for the purpose of product analytics and connection with Smartlook.com site only,
	•	redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution (DISCLAIMER: YOUR USE OF THE SMARTLOOK.COM SERVICE AND SMARTLOOK SDK IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. BOTH SMARTLOOK.COM SERVICE AND SMARTLOOK SDK ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. THE SMARTLOOK.COM SERVICE AND SMARTLOOK SDK ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT A) THE SMARTLOOK.COM SERVICE AND SMARTLOOK SDK WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; B) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; C) THE SMARTLOOK.COM SERVICE AND SMARTLOOK SDK IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SMARTLOOK.COM SERVICE AND SMARTLOOK SDK WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS), 
	•	neither the name of the Smartsupp.com, s.r.o. nor the names of its contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived from this software without specific prior written permission.
Final Provisions
	•	This License Agreement is governed by the Czech law. Relationship arising from this License Agreement, which are not covered by the Copyright Act, are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, with the exception of the provisions of this Agreement expressly deviates.
	•	This License Agreement constitutes a complete agreement of the parties to the object of this License agreement.
	•	This License Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time.
