This software and its associated files (the "SDK") are proprietary and
confidential. The SDK is licensed, not sold, and is made available solely to
licensed and authorized customers of AAU for the sole purpose of integrating
ScanMyNet network-diagnostics services into their own authorized applications.

Subject to a valid authorization (including a valid API key), you MAY:
  - install the SDK as a dependency of your application; and
  - distribute the SDK only as an embedded, non-extractable part of your
    compiled application.

You MAY NOT:
  - use the SDK without valid authorization from AAU;
  - copy, redistribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the
    SDK except as embedded in an authorized application;
  - modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the SDK; or
  - reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SDK or its bundled native
    binaries, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable
    law.

AAU retains all right, title, and interest in and to the SDK, including all
intellectual property rights therein.

THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL AAU BE LIABLE FOR ANY
CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR
OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SDK OR THE USE OR
OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SDK.
