RUNANYWHERE GENIE SDK BINARY DISTRIBUTION LICENSE AGREEMENT

Qualcomm Genie™ is a product of Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries.

IMPORTANT: BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THIS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT KIT AND 
THE ACCOMPANYING BINARY FILES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE 
AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. LICENSE GRANT
   Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, RunAnywhere AI, as an 
   authorized Qualcomm partner, grants you a limited, non-exclusive, 
   non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
   a) Download and integrate the SDK binaries with your applications
   b) Distribute the SDK binaries solely as part of your compiled application
   c) Use the SDK solely on Qualcomm Snapdragon platforms

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   a) Distribute the SDK binaries in standalone form
   b) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the binary files
   c) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
   d) Use the SDK on non-Qualcomm hardware platforms
   e) Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the SDK to third parties

3. BINARY REDISTRIBUTION
   The SDK contains Qualcomm proprietary binary libraries that are:
   a) Provided in binary form only
   b) Subject to Qualcomm's underlying technology licenses
   c) Optimized specifically for Qualcomm Snapdragon Neural Processing Units

4. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
   The SDK and all accompanying materials are proprietary to Qualcomm Technologies, 
   Inc. and RunAnywhere AI. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
   THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
   INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A 
   PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL RUNANYWHERE AI OR QUALCOMM TECHNOLOGIES, INC. BE LIABLE FOR 
   ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING 
   OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

7. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
   This SDK may contain third-party software subject to separate license terms. 
   Please refer to the accompanying documentation for details.

8. EXPORT COMPLIANCE
   You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations.

9. TERMINATION
   This license automatically terminates if you fail to comply with its terms.
