PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR LIMITED USE

This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the copyright holder of the software (the "Licensor") and any person obtaining a copy of the software (the "Licensee").

1. GRANT OF LIMITED LICENSE

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software (the "Software") solely for the specific purposes for which it was designed, as described in the accompanying documentation provided by Licensor and on its website. website at the address openai-automation.com.

2. RESTRICTIONS OF USE

Licensee agrees to use the Software only for purposes authorized and expressly permitted by this Agreement. Any other use, including, but not limited to, modification, redistribution or use in unauthorized applications, is strictly prohibited.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Licensor retains all intellectual property rights in the Software. This Agreement does not transfer to Licensee any right, title or interest in or to the Software except as expressly granted herein.

4. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Licensee assumes all risks associated with the use of the Software. In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. TERMINATION

Licensor may terminate this license at any time if Licensee breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease using the Software and destroy all copies thereof in its possession or control.

6. APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country or Jurisdiction] without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
