This license governs the OneS1ght SDK for Flutter, including its compiled
libraries, source files, documentation, code snippets and any updates
(together, the "SDK"). By downloading, installing or using the SDK you agree
to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the SDK.

1. Eligibility and Grant of License

   OneCheck Inc. ("OneCheck") grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
   non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the SDK
   solely to integrate the OneS1ght service into your own applications, and
   only while you (or the organization you act for) are a OneS1ght customer
   under a valid service agreement with OneCheck (the "Service Agreement").
   The SDK may not be used for any other purpose.

2. Restrictions

   Except as expressly permitted in this license or the Service Agreement,
   you must not:

   (a) distribute, sell, lease, lend, sublicense or otherwise make the SDK
       available to any third party, except as compiled into and inseparable
       from an application that integrates the OneS1ght service;
   (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive
       the source code, algorithms or internal structure of any compiled part
       of the SDK, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits
       this despite this restriction;
   (c) modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the SDK;
   (d) remove, alter or obscure any copyright, license or proprietary notices
       in the SDK;
   (e) use the SDK to build a product or service that competes with OneS1ght,
       or to access the OneS1ght service in a way the Service Agreement does
       not permit; or
   (f) use the SDK in violation of any applicable law, including privacy and
       personal data protection laws.

3. Third-Party Components

   The SDK includes or depends on third-party components that are licensed
   under their own terms (for example, open-source licenses). Those terms
   govern your use of those components, and nothing in this license limits
   your rights under them. The applicable notices are provided with the
   components or in their published package metadata.

4. Ownership

   The SDK is licensed, not sold. OneCheck and its licensors retain all right,
   title and interest in and to the SDK, including all intellectual property
   rights. All rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved.

5. Data

   The SDK sends data to the OneS1ght service in order to operate. Collection
   and processing of that data are governed by the Service Agreement and the
   applicable privacy terms. You are responsible for obtaining any consents
   from end users that applicable law requires.

6. No Warranty

   THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
   KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO
   THE EXTENT THE SERVICE AGREEMENT EXPRESSLY PROVIDES OTHERWISE. OneCheck
   does not warrant that the SDK will be error-free, uninterrupted, or
   available on every device.

7. Limitation of Liability

   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONECHECK WILL NOT BE
   LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE
   DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING
   OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SDK. ONECHECK'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR
   RELATED TO THE SDK WILL NOT EXCEED THE LIMIT SET IN THE SERVICE AGREEMENT
   OR, IF NONE IS SET, THE FEES YOU PAID TO ONECHECK FOR THE OneS1ght SERVICE
   IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Term and Termination

   This license remains in effect while the Service Agreement is in effect
   and ends automatically when the Service Agreement expires or is
   terminated. OneCheck may also terminate this license if you breach it.
   When this license ends, you must stop using the SDK, stop distributing new
   copies of applications containing it, and delete all copies of the SDK in
   your possession. Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 9 and 10 survive termination.

9. Order of Precedence

   If this license conflicts with the Service Agreement, the Service
   Agreement prevails.

10. Governing Law

   This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, unless the
   Service Agreement provides otherwise.

1. 이용 자격 및 사용 허락

   OneCheck Inc.(이하 "OneCheck")는 귀하(또는 귀하가 대리하는 조직)가 OneCheck 와 유효한
   서비스 계약(이하 "서비스 계약")을 맺은 OneS1ght 고객인 동안에 한하여, OneS1ght 서비스를
   귀하의 애플리케이션에 연동하는 목적으로만 SDK 를 사용할 수 있는 제한적·비독점적·
   양도 불가·재허락 불가·철회 가능한 권리를 부여한다. 그 밖의 목적으로는 SDK 를 사용할 수
   없다.

2. 제한 사항

   본 라이선스 또는 서비스 계약이 명시적으로 허용하는 경우를 제외하고, 귀하는 다음을
   하여서는 안 된다.

   (a) SDK 를 제3자에게 배포·판매·임대·대여·재허락하거나 달리 제공하는 행위. 다만 OneS1ght
       서비스를 연동한 애플리케이션에 컴파일되어 분리할 수 없는 형태로 포함되는 경우는
       예외로 한다.
   (b) SDK 의 컴파일된 부분을 역설계·디컴파일·역어셈블하거나, 그 소스 코드·알고리즘·내부
       구조를 알아내려는 행위. 다만 관련 법령이 이 제한에도 불구하고 명시적으로 허용하는
       범위는 예외로 한다.
   (c) SDK 를 수정·변형·번역하거나 2차적 저작물을 만드는 행위
   (d) SDK 에 있는 저작권·라이선스·소유권 표시를 삭제·변경·은폐하는 행위
   (e) SDK 를 이용해 OneS1ght 와 경쟁하는 제품·서비스를 만들거나, 서비스 계약이 허용하지
       않는 방식으로 OneS1ght 서비스에 접근하는 행위
   (f) 개인정보 보호 관련 법령을 포함한 관련 법령에 위반되는 방식으로 SDK 를 사용하는 행위

3. 제3자 구성요소

   SDK 는 각자의 조건(예: 오픈소스 라이선스)에 따라 사용이 허락되는 제3자 구성요소를
   포함하거나 이에 의존한다. 해당 구성요소의 사용에는 그 조건이 적용되며, 본 라이선스는
   그 조건에 따른 귀하의 권리를 제한하지 않는다. 해당 고지는 구성요소와 함께 또는 그
   구성요소의 공개된 패키지 정보에 제공된다.

4. 소유권

   SDK 는 판매되는 것이 아니라 사용이 허락되는 것이다. SDK 에 관한 모든 지식재산권을
   포함한 일체의 권리는 OneCheck 와 그 라이선서에게 있다. 본 라이선스에서 명시적으로
   부여하지 않은 모든 권리는 유보된다.

5. 데이터

   SDK 는 동작을 위해 OneS1ght 서비스로 데이터를 전송한다. 해당 데이터의 수집·처리는
   서비스 계약과 관련 개인정보 처리 조건에 따른다. 관련 법령이 요구하는 최종 이용자의
   동의를 받는 것은 귀하의 책임이다.

6. 보증의 부인

   서비스 계약이 명시적으로 달리 정한 경우를 제외하고, SDK 는 "있는 그대로" 그리고
   "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공되며, 상품성·특정 목적 적합성·정확성·비침해에 대한 보증을
   포함하여 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 보증도 하지 않는다. OneCheck 는 SDK 에 오류가
   없거나, 중단 없이 동작하거나, 모든 기기에서 사용 가능함을 보증하지 않는다.

7. 책임의 제한

   관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, OneCheck 는 SDK 로 인하여 또는 SDK 와 관련하여
   발생한 간접·부수·특별·결과적·징벌적 손해, 또는 이익·매출·데이터·영업권의 손실에 대하여
   책임지지 않는다. SDK 로 인하여 또는 SDK 와 관련하여 발생하는 OneCheck 의 총 책임은
   서비스 계약에서 정한 한도를, 한도가 정해지지 않은 경우에는 청구 원인이 된 사건 직전
   12개월 동안 귀하가 OneS1ght 서비스 대가로 OneCheck 에 지급한 금액을 넘지 않는다.

8. 기간 및 종료

   본 라이선스는 서비스 계약이 유효한 동안 효력이 있으며, 서비스 계약이 만료되거나
   해지되면 자동으로 종료된다. 귀하가 본 라이선스를 위반한 경우 OneCheck 는 본 라이선스를
   해지할 수 있다. 라이선스가 종료되면 귀하는 SDK 사용을 중단하고, SDK 가 포함된
   애플리케이션의 새 사본 배포를 중단하며, 보유한 SDK 사본을 모두 삭제하여야 한다.
   제3조, 제4조, 제6조, 제7조, 제9조 및 제10조는 종료 후에도 효력을 유지한다.

9. 우선 순위

   본 라이선스와 서비스 계약이 충돌하는 경우 서비스 계약이 우선한다.

10. 준거법

   서비스 계약이 달리 정하지 않는 한, 본 라이선스는 대한민국 법률에 따른다.
