nativemind_sound_generator

Tone generator plugin of the NativeMind framework (Android, iOS): the vendored sound_generator 0.0.5 by Mert Güner (MIT) as iScillator had it on 2022-03-20, with Anton Dodonov's MULTI generator (Android DSP multiGenerator.java, 2021-11 … 2022-02), setParams / getFrequency, and the iOS AudioKit 4.11 settings of Anton Dodonov (aka Ananta Shakti) (2021-12).

NmSoundGeneratorEngine implements NmSoundEngine of nativemind_sound:

• Android: sinus / square / triangle / sawtooth / MULTI (program, target, environment, modulation, multiplier, angle, oscillator).
• Android, 1.1.0: NmSoundGenerator.setHarmonicsDbDifference(db) — attenuates the harmonics of the MULTI generator by db dB (fundamental unchanged); Anton Dodonov's 2025 addition, generated by early AI. Call it after setParams (which rebuilds the amplitudes); repeated calls compound. Not implemented on iOS (MissingPluginException).
• iOS: sinus via AudioKit 4.11 (MULTI and getFrequency were not implemented there in 2021–22; the engine falls back to the last set frequency).
• The system volume is never changed (iScillator's volume_control call that set it to 100 % is not carried).
• Replacing a vendored or pub.dev sound_generator: doc/migration-1.0.md.

The example/ app is the harness: the four iScillator editions (vl / pro / lite / dev) through core NmConfigs.

Handmade authors

Dart lib/: 103 of 159 lines are by people (Mert Güner's upstream code and Anton Dodonov's additions; 25 upstream lines adapted by Anton) — 65 %; the rest is the engine adapter by Claude Code and the 2025 early-AI method. The Java / Swift sources carry the same author lines per method (PROVENANCE.md).
