1. Definitions

"Software" means this repository, including its source code, examples,
documentation, assets, build scripts, and releases.

"Maintainer" means the copyright holder(s) of the Software.

"Contribution Fork" means a copy or fork of the Software created solely for:

(b) testing or evaluating the Software,
(c) preparing bug fixes, patches, or improvements,
(d) submitting those changes back to the Maintainer through a pull request.

2. Limited Permission Grant

3. Contribution Permission

(c) use the Software or any modified version of it as the basis of a public or
    commercial plugin, SDK, package, service, or product;
(d) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, attribution, license, or
    proprietary notice in the Software;
(e) represent your fork or derivative work as an official version of the
    Software.

For clarity, creating a fork on GitHub or another code hosting platform is
permitted only when that fork is used as a Contribution Fork under this
License.

5. Trademark and Branding

This License does not grant any right to use the Maintainer's name, product
name, package name, logo, icon, brand, or trademark, except to make accurate
reference to the Software for contribution purposes.

6. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted under
this License are reserved by the Maintainer.

7. Termination

This License terminates automatically if you violate any term of this License.
Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the Software and delete
all copies under your control, except to the extent retention is required by
law.

8. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE MAINTAINER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT,
OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR
OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

10. Governing Terms

If any provision of this License is held unenforceable, the remaining
provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
