IMPORTANT: BY USING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THIS SOFTWARE PACKAGE ("GOLDENEYE"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE, DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, COPY, OR OTHERWISE ACCESS GOLDENEYE.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

   Declarative Inc. ("Licensor") grants to you ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the compiled form of the GOLDENEYE software package solely for your internal purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS

   Licensee specifically agrees not to:

   a. Redistribute, sublicense, lease, lend, rent, disclose, or otherwise transfer GOLDENEYE or any portion thereof to any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, sharing, uploading, or making GOLDENEYE available on any network, website, or repository.

   b. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of GOLDENEYE, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

   c. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon GOLDENEYE.

   d. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in GOLDENEYE.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

   GOLDENEYE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DECLARATIVE INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. DECLARATIVE INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF GOLDENEYE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DECLARATIVE INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE GOLDENEYE, EVEN IF DECLARATIVE INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. DECLARATIVE INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR GOLDENEYE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU FOR THE LICENSE TO GOLDENEYE.

5. TERMINATION

   This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Declarative Inc. if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of GOLDENEYE and destroy all copies, full or partial, of GOLDENEYE in your possession or control.

6. GOVERNING LAW

   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify the governing jurisdiction, e.g., the State of California, USA], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
