This software and its associated files (the "Software"), including the
flutter_wya_verify_sdk package and any native components it downloads, bundles,
or otherwise makes available, are the proprietary and confidential property of
WYA Solutions.

1. License grant. Use of the Software is permitted solely by customers who have
   entered into a valid written commercial agreement with WYA Solutions, and
   only in accordance with the terms of that agreement. No rights are granted
   except as expressly set out in such agreement.

2. Restrictions. Except as expressly authorized in writing by WYA Solutions, you
   may not: (a) copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, resell, or otherwise
   make the Software available to any third party; (b) modify, adapt, translate,
   or create derivative works of the Software; (c) reverse engineer, decompile,
   or disassemble the Software, or attempt to derive its source code, models, or
   underlying algorithms, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by
   applicable law; or (d) remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary or
   confidentiality notices.

3. Ownership. The Software is licensed, not sold. WYA Solutions retains all
   right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual
   property rights therein.

4. No warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL WYA SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
   CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR
   OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE
   OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
