Getting Started #
Prerequisites #
To use the "flutter_native" cli, you will need to have the following installed:
Flutter & Dart SDK
If you do not have Flutter installed on your system, you can download it from the official Flutter website: https://flutter.dev/docs/get-started/install
Installation💻 #
dart pub global activate flutter_native
Or locally via:
dart pub global activate --source=path <path to this package>
Commands 🤯 #
The Package flutter_native can be accessed using the fnative
executable
Flutter_native: The ultimate CLI tool for modifying app permissions and
enabling native features on Android and iOS 😉
Usage: fnative <command> [arguments]
Global options:
-h, --help Print this usage information.
-v, --version Print the current version.
--[no-]verbose Noisy logging, including all shell commands executed.
Available commands:
android Command to enable feature Modification for Android Platform
update Update the CLI.
Run "fnative help <command>" for more information about a command.
Usage #
Go Inside your Flutter Project Directory and then run these commands to modify permissions for your Android
app.
/// adds the camera permission to the Android App Manifest
fnative android permission --enable-camera
/// adds the location permission to the Android App Manifest
fnative android permission --enable-location
/// adds the call permission to the Android App Manifest
fnative android permission --enable-call
/// adds the storage permission to the Android App Manifest
fnative android permission --enable-storage
/// adds the bluetooth permission to the Android App Manifest

Limitations and Future Plans 🚀 #
Limitations: #
flutter_native
for now can only modify/add the permissions in Android app Manifest file.
iOS platform and other functionalitis in Android will be available in the future versions.
