A flutter plugin for dynamically changing app icon, support IOS version > 10.3 and Android

• Android: never disable MainActivity or other real activities when switching icons. Only activity-aliases are toggled. Fixes the app not opening after an icon change 7, crashes when launching from Android Studio 11 and push notifications not opening the app 5. An activity left disabled by older versions is re-enabled on the next icon change.
• Android: setAlternateIconName(iconName: null) restores the default icon again 8.
• Android: icon names are matched against the declared aliases, so icon_1, .icon_1 and the fully qualified name all work, also with applicationIdSuffix. Previously a bare name crashed the service with "Component class ... does not exist" 12.
• Android: supportsAlternateIcons only counts activity-aliases, not activities added by other plugins.
• Replace the leftover template unit test that broke gradlew test builds 19.
• Example builds with current Flutter (Gradle 8.14.3, Kotlin 2.2.20) and uses the .DEFAULT alias setup.
• README: .DEFAULT alias migration, when the Android icon changes 4, and iOS troubleshooting for blank icons 25 18.
• Migration: move the MAIN/LAUNCHER intent-filter from MainActivity to a .DEFAULT activity-alias (see README). Otherwise the default icon stays visible next to the alternative one.
