# License Agreement for FACEKI eKYC Flutter SDK

## 1. Copyright

## 2. Grant of License

FACEKI ("Licensor") hereby grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the FACEKI eKYC Flutter SDK ("Software") exclusively for development and integration in applications under the terms of this License Agreement.

## 3. Restrictions

The licensee shall not:
- Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements of the Software without prior written consent from the Licensor.
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Software.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Software for the benefit of any third party.

## 4. Intellectual Property

The Software is the intellectual property of the Licensor and is protected by copyright and may be protected by other intellectual properties or proprietary rights laws.

## 5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Licensor be liable to Licensee or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

## 7. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. Licensee may terminate it at any time by ceasing to use the Software and deleting all copies. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software.

## 8. Acknowledgement

BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
