Copyright © 2026, Rohit Saily
1. Definitions
"Licensed Content" means the copyrighted work or other subject matter made available under this license, in any form, whether
original or modified, and includes the whole or any part thereof, whether used directly or indirectly.
"Offering" means any material, good, or service, whether commercial or non-commercial, in which the Licensed Content is used,
incorporated, distributed, or made available, alone or in combination with any other materials, goods, or services.
"Work" means the Licensed Content, whether used alone or as part of an Offering.
"Identity" means any distinctive name, pseudonym, trademark, logo, trade dress, or other identifier, whether registered or
unregistered, by which a person, entity, or Work is known or represented.
"Similar Offering" means an Offering that, by virtue of its use of the Work, is materially similar thereto in one or more of
its essential aspects, including, but not limited to, functionality, purpose, overall appearance, or user experience.
"Copy" means the Licensed Content, or any part thereof, reproduced without modification, whether verbatim or with only changes
in format, encoding, language, or representation that do not alter its expressive content.
"Cost" means any consideration, whether direct or indirect, including, but not limited to, payment, donation, service, access,
advertising revenue, sponsorship, monetization of attention, or any other form of consideration.
"License Steward" means the copyright holder of the Era Exa License as a work in itself, and not the copyright holder of any
particular copy or instance thereof, which shall have sole authority to publish, designate, and maintain official templates and
versions of the Era Exa License.
2. Grant of Rights
Subject to the terms and conditions of this license, the Work is licensed on a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive basis,
including under any applicable copyright, sui generis database rights, and any other applicable rights, to use, reproduce,
modify, adapt, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and make available the Work.
This license and the rights granted hereunder terminate immediately and automatically upon any violation of its terms and
conditions.
3. Conditions
Any use of the Work other than as permitted under this license is not authorized. The exercise of the rights granted under this
license is subject to the following conditions:
3.1. Similar Offerings
A Similar Offering may not be exchanged for Cost and may only be distributed free of Cost.
A Similar Offering may not be sublicensed, relicensed, or distributed under any additional, different, or modified terms or
conditions, and may be distributed only subject to the terms of this version of the Era Exa License.
A Similar Offering that is not a Copy may not use any Identity of the Work, including by being presented as, attributed to, or
associated with any such Identity.
A Similar Offering that is a Copy must use the original Identity of the Work and may not use any other Identity, including by
being presented as, attributed to, or associated with any such other Identity.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case where a Similar Offering is not a Copy, the copyright holder is exempt from the
restrictions set forth in the first and second paragraphs above of this Section 3.1. Additionally, the copyright holder of the
Work may distribute a Copy of the Work under any official version of the Era Exa License, whether earlier or later than this
version, as issued by or on behalf of the License Steward. Except for these limited exceptions, and unless otherwise explicitly
specified, the copyright holder remains fully subject to all terms and conditions of this license.
3.2. Identity of the Copyright Holder and Contributors
Except as expressly permitted under this license, the Identity of the copyright holder or any contributor to the Work may not
be used without the specific prior written permission of the applicable individual or entity. Notwithstanding the foregoing,
the copyright holder may use its own Identity without restriction, and may use the Identity of any contributor solely in
connection with the Work, without obtaining such permission.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT
SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL

INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS WORK, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
