1. Scope

This license applies to the first-party DobroDesk SDK binaries, browser SDK,
framework wrappers, integration code, examples and accompanying documentation
provided with this license (the "SDK"). The copyright holders are the licensor.

2. Limited integration rights

You may download, install, copy, compile and use the SDK solely to develop,
test and operate your applications that integrate with the DobroDesk service.
You may modify the supplied integration glue and examples only as necessary
for that integration. You may distribute the SDK only as an embedded part of
those applications, including through application stores, with its copyright
and license notices preserved. Your end users receive no right to extract,
reuse or redistribute the SDK separately. Use of the DobroDesk service remains
subject to the applicable account or service agreement.

3. Restrictions

Except for the limited integration rights above or separate written permission
from the licensor, you may not publish, redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent or
license the SDK as a standalone product, repackaged SDK or competing service.
You may not disclose first-party SDK source code, remove proprietary notices,
circumvent access controls or use the SDK independently of DobroDesk. You may
not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble native SDK binaries, except to
the extent that applicable law expressly permits this despite the restriction.

4. Ownership

The SDK remains proprietary. No ownership is transferred and no open-source
license or general-purpose redistribution right is granted. All rights not
expressly granted in this license are reserved by the copyright holders.

5. Third-party components

Third-party libraries, fonts and other materials retain their own copyright
notices and licenses. Those separate licenses apply to their respective
components and are not replaced or restricted by this license. Preserve the
third-party notices supplied in the SDK packages and native resources.

6. Warranty

Except as expressly stated in an applicable written agreement or required by
law, the SDK is provided "AS IS", without express or implied warranties,
including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or
non-infringement. Nothing in this license excludes rights or liabilities that
applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
