The avatar styles and the code that ships them are under different licenses.
## Avatar styles
Each style has its own license, listed below and repeated in the `meta` block of
the definition itself. The build derives a copy of every definition for the
individual package ecosystems, and each copy keeps the license of the file it
came from.

## Everything else
