Install DataHub CLI

Telemetry #
Logs, metrics and traces follow the OpenTelemetry semantic conventions and can be exported to an OpenTelemetry collector (OTLP/gRPC) and Prometheus. See the telemetry guidelines for the conventions, which also apply to code built with DataHub.
