PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Proprietary License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between
GOVERNOR LTD ("Licensor") and any individual or legal entity ("Licensee") that
has been explicitly and individually authorized in writing by the Licensor to
access, use, copy, modify, or distribute the custom_flutter_chord package, its
source code, assets, documentation, examples, tests, and any derivative works
thereof (collectively, the "Software").

USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS PERMITTED ONLY UNDER EXPLICIT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION
OBTAINED THROUGH GOVERNOR LTD'S OFFICIAL CHANNELS (contact@governor.ltd).
NO COPYING AND NO MODIFICATION OF THE SOFTWARE IS PERMITTED WITHOUT SUCH
AUTHORIZATION.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and solely upon receipt
of explicit written authorization from GOVERNOR LTD, the Licensor hereby grants
the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable,
revocable license to:

   a) Access and use the Software for the purposes, scope, and term specified
      in the written authorization issued by GOVERNOR LTD;

   b) Modify the Software strictly within the scope defined in the written
      authorization, provided that all modifications are documented and all
      copyright notices, attribution headers, and version markers are
      preserved;

   c) Distribute the Software or derivative works thereof exclusively to other
      individuals or entities that have also received explicit written
      authorization from GOVERNOR LTD.

No license, right, or interest is granted by implication, estoppel, or
otherwise. Publication of the Software on any package registry, source code
host, or mirror does not constitute authorization.

2. RESTRICTIONS

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Licensee shall NOT,
under any circumstances:

   a) Use, copy, reproduce, fork, mirror, or access the Software without prior
      explicit written authorization from GOVERNOR LTD;

   b) Modify, adapt, translate, port, or create derivative works of the
      Software without prior explicit written authorization from GOVERNOR LTD;

   c) Distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or otherwise make
      the Software available to any third party who has not been individually
      authorized in writing by GOVERNOR LTD;

   d) Remove, alter, obscure, or circumvent any copyright notice, trademark,
      proprietary legend, or attribution header contained in or accompanying
      the Software;

   e) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software beyond what is
      explicitly permitted in the written authorization or by mandatory
      applicable law;

   f) Use the Software, or any portion thereof, to develop a competing
      package, library, framework, or product without the express written
      consent of GOVERNOR LTD;

   g) Represent the Software, or any work based upon it, as your own
      intellectual property.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software, including all versions, updates, improvements, modifications,
and derivative works — whether created by the Licensor or by an authorized
Licensee — remains the exclusive intellectual property of GOVERNOR LTD.
No title, ownership, or intellectual property rights are transferred to the
Licensee under this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted herein are
reserved by GOVERNOR LTD.

4. AUTHORIZATION VERIFICATION

Authorization is granted exclusively through GOVERNOR LTD's official channels,
in writing, at contact@governor.ltd. Any party purporting to hold rights under
this Agreement bears the burden of proving the existence of valid written
authorization issued by GOVERNOR LTD. Possession of a copy of the Software, by
any means, does not constitute authorization.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Licensee acknowledges that the Software constitutes confidential and
proprietary information of GOVERNOR LTD. The Licensee agrees to maintain the
confidentiality of the Software using at least the same degree of care used to
protect its own confidential information, and in no event less than reasonable
care, and shall not disclose the Software or any portion thereof to any
unauthorized party.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective from the date of written authorization and remains
in force until terminated. GOVERNOR LTD may terminate this Agreement
immediately and without notice if the Licensee breaches any term of this
Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of
the Software and destroy all copies in its possession or control. Sections 2,
3, 5, 7, and 8 shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. GOVERNOR LTD
DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH
THE LICENSEE.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
GOVERNOR LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR
INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF GOVERNOR LTD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
applicable to GOVERNOR LTD's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to
conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this
Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent
courts in GOVERNOR LTD's principal place of business.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with
respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or
contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or representations, whether oral
or written. This Agreement may be modified only by a written instrument signed
by an authorized representative of GOVERNOR LTD.
