The Concierge SDK (the "SDK") is proprietary software. It is distributed only in binary, compiled
or minified form, together with the small integration files a package needs to build. Source code
is not provided.

1. Grant. You may download, install and use the SDK, and distribute it as an unmodified part of
   your own applications, free of charge, for the purpose of connecting those applications to a
   Concierge account (https://conciergesdk.com). Use of the Concierge service is governed by the
   Concierge Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement.

2. Restrictions. You may not (a) sell, sublicense or redistribute the SDK on its own, (b) modify,
   decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the SDK, except to the extent applicable law
   expressly permits it despite this restriction, (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices,
   (d) use the SDK to build a product that competes with Concierge, or (e) remove, hide or
   obscure the AI label the SDK shows on AI written replies.

3. Ownership. Concierge keeps all rights, title and interest in the SDK. No rights are granted
   except as stated in this license.

4. Data. The SDK sends the data described in the platform docs to the Concierge service. You are
   responsible for telling your users about it in your app's privacy policy and privacy labels.

5. Third party components. Open source libraries the SDK relies on are fetched by your build tool
   under their own licenses and are not covered by this license.

6. Termination. This license ends automatically if you breach it or no longer have a Concierge
   account. On termination you must stop distributing new builds of your applications that
   contain the SDK.

7. No warranty. THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
   INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
   NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL CONCIERGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
   LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SDK OR ITS USE, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIABILITY
   CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

9. Export. You will not export or use the SDK in breach of export control or sanctions laws.
