box2d 0.1.1

A port of the popular Box2D physics engine to Dart.

This is a Dart port of Daniel Murphy's JBox2D, which is itself a port of Erin
Catto's Box2D. The JBox2D copyright notice is reproduced below and is also
present in the original source files.
