Este software, incluindo bibliotecas, binários, código, documentação e demais arquivos que o
acompanham (o "SDK"), é de propriedade exclusiva da i-Stream Comércio e Serviços On Line Ltda.
("Licenciante"), titular da marca BioTrust, e é protegido pela legislação de direitos autorais e
de programas de computador (Leis nº 9.609/1998 e nº 9.610/1998) e por tratados internacionais.

1. LICENÇA

1.1. Mediante contrato comercial vigente com o Licenciante e credenciais válidas de acesso aos
serviços BioTrust, o Licenciante concede ao cliente ("Licenciado") uma licença limitada, não
exclusiva, intransferível, não sublicenciável e revogável para:

  a) usar o SDK exclusivamente para integrar aplicativos do próprio Licenciado aos serviços
     BioTrust; e
  b) distribuir o SDK, em forma binária e sem alterações, somente como parte integrante desses
     aplicativos, destinados aos seus usuários finais.

1.2. Nenhum outro direito é concedido, expressa ou implicitamente.

2. RESTRIÇÕES

Salvo autorização prévia e por escrito do Licenciante, é vedado:

  a) copiar o SDK, no todo ou em parte, além do necessário para a integração prevista no item 1;
  b) modificar, adaptar, traduzir ou criar obras derivadas do SDK;
  c) descompilar, desmontar, aplicar engenharia reversa ou tentar obter o código-fonte do SDK,
     ressalvado o que a lei aplicável permitir expressamente;
  d) distribuir, publicar, vender, alugar, emprestar, sublicenciar ou disponibilizar o SDK a
     terceiros de forma isolada, como biblioteca ou como parte de outro SDK, framework ou
     ferramenta de desenvolvimento;
  e) remover ou alterar avisos de direitos autorais, marcas ou desta licença;
  f) usar o SDK sem credenciais válidas, contornar mecanismos de segurança ou de licenciamento,
     ou utilizá-lo para desenvolver produto ou serviço concorrente.

3. PROPRIEDADE

O SDK é licenciado, e não vendido. Todos os direitos não concedidos expressamente nesta licença
permanecem com o Licenciante.

4. COMPONENTES DE TERCEIROS

O SDK pode incluir componentes de terceiros, regidos por suas próprias licenças, que prevalecem
sobre esta quanto a esses componentes.

5. ENCERRAMENTO

Esta licença termina automaticamente com o encerramento do contrato comercial ou com o
descumprimento de qualquer de seus termos. No encerramento, o Licenciado deve cessar o uso do SDK
e excluir todas as cópias em seu poder.

6. GARANTIA E RESPONSABILIDADE

O SDK é fornecido no estado em que se encontra, sem garantias além das previstas no contrato
comercial. Na extensão máxima permitida em lei, o Licenciante não responde por danos indiretos,
lucros cessantes ou perda de dados decorrentes do uso do SDK.

7. LEI APLICÁVEL E FORO

Esta licença é regida pelas leis da República Federativa do Brasil. Fica eleito o foro da
comarca da sede do Licenciante para dirimir quaisquer controvérsias dela decorrentes.

This software, including libraries, binaries, code, documentation and any other files that
accompany it (the "SDK"), is the exclusive property of i-Stream Comércio e Serviços On Line Ltda.
(the "Licensor"), owner of the BioTrust trademark, and is protected by Brazilian copyright and
software laws (Laws No. 9,609/1998 and No. 9,610/1998) and by international treaties.

1. LICENSE

1.1. Subject to a commercial agreement in force with the Licensor and valid credentials for the
BioTrust services, the Licensor grants the customer (the "Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to:

  a) use the SDK solely to integrate the Licensee's own applications with the BioTrust
     services; and
  b) distribute the SDK, in binary form and without modification, only as an integral part of
     those applications, intended for their end users.

1.2. No other right is granted, whether expressly or by implication.

2. RESTRICTIONS

Except with the Licensor's prior written consent, the Licensee may not:

  a) copy the SDK, in whole or in part, beyond what is necessary for the integration set out in
     section 1;
  b) modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the SDK;
  c) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of
     the SDK, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
  d) distribute, publish, sell, rent, lend, sublicense or otherwise make the SDK available to
     third parties on a stand-alone basis, as a library, or as part of another SDK, framework or
     development tool;
  e) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or license notices;
  f) use the SDK without valid credentials, circumvent security or licensing mechanisms, or use
     it to develop a competing product or service.

3. OWNERSHIP

The SDK is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted under this license remain with
the Licensor.

4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

The SDK may include third-party components governed by their own licenses, which prevail over
this one with respect to those components.

5. TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically upon termination of the commercial agreement or upon
breach of any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the SDK and
delete every copy in its possession.

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

The SDK is provided as is, without warranties beyond those set out in the commercial agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for indirect damages,
loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of the SDK.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This license is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the
district where the Licensor has its head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any
dispute arising from it.
