* Software License Agreement

* IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PACKAGE.

* This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and ogtech devs (the "Licensor"), regarding the use of the software package accompanying this Agreement (the "Package"). By using the Package, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you are not permitted to use the Package.

* 1. License Grant

* Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Package solely for the purpose of integrating it into Licensee's internal software applications, provided that Licensee is a current and valid client of ogtech devs.

* 2. Restrictions

* a. Licensee shall not distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise make the Package available to any third party.
* b. Licensee shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Package in whole or in part.
* c. Licensee shall not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright markings from the Package.

* 3. Support and Updates

* Licensor shall provide support and updates for the Package only to Licensee, as long as Licensee maintains an active client relationship with ogtech devs. The terms and conditions for support and updates shall be as agreed upon between Licensee and Licensor.

* 4. Ownership

* Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Package, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any rights to use Licensor's trademarks or trade names.

* 5. Termination

* This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use of the Package and destroy any copies in its possession.

* 6. Governing Law

* This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rio de Janeiro - RJ - BR, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

* 7. Entire Agreement

* This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

* By using the Package, Licensee acknowledges that it has read and understood this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
