The Windows implementation of attachment_engine. Paths and open-externally via path_provider/url_launcher (both flutter.dev-published, official Flutter team plugins); download via dart:io. Share (native, IDataTransferManagerInterop), audio/video playback and video embedding (native, Media Foundation IMFMediaEngine) are implemented in C++ but not yet build-verified (no Windows toolchain in CI at time of writing). Native PDF rendering and embedded webview surfaces are still not implemented on Windows.
