documentation, and materials (collectively, the “Software”) are proprietary to
Appsentrik and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

NO PUBLIC LICENSE GRANTED
No license, express or implied, is granted to any person or entity to use, copy,
modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell the Software, except as
explicitly authorized by Appsentrik in a separate written agreement, or as
explicitly permitted by the Appsentrik Terms of Service and any applicable SDK
usage terms published by Appsentrik.

PERMITTED USE (SDK INTEGRATION)
Subject to compliance with Appsentrik’s Terms of Service and any applicable SDK
usage terms, you may use the Software solely to integrate Appsentrik services
into your applications and to send permitted telemetry/events to Appsentrik
systems using valid Appsentrik credentials/keys issued to you.

RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
1) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the
   source code or underlying structure of any Appsentrik services or systems.
2) Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software.
3) Use the Software to build, train, benchmark, or provide a competing product
   or service.
4) Distribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Software (in whole or in part)
   except as expressly permitted by Appsentrik in writing.

OWNERSHIP
Appsentrik retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software and all
derivatives, improvements, and modifications thereof.

DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO
EVENT SHALL APPSENTRIK BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN

TERMINATION
Any permission to use the Software terminates automatically upon any breach of
this license or Appsentrik’s Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease
all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession or control.
