of the Software and open source software are governed by (1) the End User License Agreement found at
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/legal/cloud-and-software/end_user_license_agreement.html and the applicable Product
Specific Terms found at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/legal/cloud-and-software/software-terms.html or (2) any
other superseding agreement between AppDynamics, or its parent company Cisco Systems, Inc., as applicable, and You.
References to End User in such agreements shall mean You.
