# Custom Open-Source License Agreement

## 1. Definitions

    "The Package" refers to the software package including all its associated media, printed materials, online or electronic documentation, and the source and object code it contains, which is being licensed under this Agreement.
    "Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing, or displaying the Package.
    "You" or "Your" refers to the individual or entity that uses the Package under this License.

## 2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the developer of The Package ("The Developer") hereby grants You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to:

    - a. Use The Package in any way for personal, academic, or commercial purposes.

    - b. Distribute unmodified copies of The Package to anyone for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
## 3. Conditions

    - a. Modification and Redistribution: You may distribute modified versions of The Package or build upon The Package only after receiving express written permission from The Developer. This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically if You fail to comply with terms herein and fail to cure such breach within 30 days of becoming aware of the breach. All sublicenses to The Package that have been properly granted shall survive any termination of this License.
## 6. Miscellaneous

This License represents the entire agreement concerning the subject matter hereof and may be amended only by a written amendment signed by authorized executives of You and The Developer.
## 7. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
