Veta atomic Flutter widgets — mirrors @vetaui/atoms at the design-token level.

Depends on veta_foundations (path). Use VetaTheme.of() on MaterialApp, then import package:veta_atoms/veta_atoms.dart.

Golden PNGs live under test/goldens/ (regenerate with flutter test --update-goldens test/atoms_golden_test.dart). CI uses Linux; if goldens drift across OSes, re-run that command on ubuntu and commit.
