New nearestPostOffice(lat, lon). Data: 1,593 UzPost offices; the index matches OSM-tagged postal codes in the first 3 digits ~95% of the time, fully ~40–60%.

• All data is decoded per district, only for the districts around the point: district boundaries for the (at most 6) districts whose bounding box contains it, and street data for the district it falls in (plus streets within 200 m of its border). Recently used districts stay cached. Memory 107 MB → 35 MB (AOT, whole process), first lookup 218 ms → 7 ms. Results are unchanged.
• New: unload, setStreetCacheCapacity, maxStreetDistance, defaultStreetCacheCapacity.
• Behavior changes: locateStreet returns null outside Uzbekistan; maxDistance above 200 m is reduced to 200 m. preload() now decodes and keeps everything (meant for servers; apps no longer need it), and preloadStreets() keeps every district's street data.
