• Breaking: SerialError has three new values for Bluetooth (adapterOff, notPaired, connectionFailed; a USB port never reports them), so a switch over it needs a default. SerialException.fromPlatform is gone; use SerialException.fromCode.

FTDI, CP210x, CH34x, PL2303 and CDC-ACM devices; device list, permission dialog, line settings and flow control, DTR/RTS and the other control lines, break, buffer purge, received data as a stream, plug and unplug events, the device that started the app, and SerialException with a SerialError for every failure.
• Reads with 16 queued USB requests and writes in bulk transfers of up to 16 KB: about 820 KB/s in and 550 KB/s out with an ESP32-S3 on a Xiaomi 14T Pro.
