A Flutter widget for displaying release notes, product updates, and announcements from the Updatify service.

• Added up/down voting on posts. Each post shows a thumbs up/down control that records the reaction via the Updatify API and mirrors it locally, so a viewer's previous vote is highlighted when the popup reopens. Voting toggles: tapping the active vote clears it, switching replaces it.
• Voting is controlled entirely by the project's dashboard setting (voting_enabled) - there is no client flag. New voteBuilder for a custom vote control on UpdatifyTrigger, showUpdatifyDialog, showUpdatifyBottomSheet, and UpdatifyWidget; it receives the current VoteType? and an onVote callback that hides all toggle, networking, and persistence logic.
• Added UpdatifyService.vote and the VoteType enum.
• The updates response now carries a project config (voting_enabled, widget_title), applied automatically: voting is hidden when disabled server-side, and the popup title falls back to the dashboard's widget_title when no title is passed. Exposed via the new UpdatifyConfig, UpdatifyService.fetchUpdates, and an onConfig callback on UpdatifyWidget.
