Requests queued while an explicit installation is in progress are capped (128) and overflow fails with TCMPP_DFM_PENDING_OVERFLOW.
• The SDK no longer forces android:usesCleartextTraffic="false" at the application level (previously declared in the direct/dfm/tcmpp_feature manifests). Network security policy (cleartext traffic / networkSecurityConfig) is an application-level global setting now left to the host app; hosts targeting SDK < 28 or that explicitly enable cleartext traffic must configure it themselves to retain the previous behavior.
